Registration & Account

Yes, creating an account on EGB is completely free. There are no registration fees or hidden charges. A deposit is only required when you want to play games. Register for free here।

Registration typically takes just 2 to 5 minutes. Fill out the form, verify your mobile with an OTP, and confirm your email — that's all it takes.

Each person may only open one account. Multiple accounts violate egb's Terms & Conditions violations and may result in permanent account closure.

The following details are required to register:
  • Full Name (legal name)
  • Date of Birth (to confirm you are 18+)
  • Mobile number (for OTP verification)
  • Email address
  • Preferred username & password

Most details, including your email and mobile number, can be updated from Profile Settings. However, changing your name or date of birth may require submitting identity documents for verification.

Login & Security

On the login page, Go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number or email. An OTP or reset link will be sent to you. Set your new password and log in.

Multiple incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account. Wait 15 to 30 minutes and try again, or reset your password.

Go to Account Settings → Security → Enable Two-Factor Authentication. You'll then receive an OTP on your mobile each time you log in. This keeps your account significantly more secure.

Change your password immediately and log out of all devices. Enable two-factor authentication. Notify EGB via email. Remember: no EGB staff member will ever ask for your password.

Payments & Withdrawals

The following payment methods are supported on EGB:

Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket transactions are usually processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days. Your first withdrawal will require identity verification, which may take additional time.

First, wait 30 minutes — delays can occasionally occur. If the issue persists, contact support@egb.best with your transaction ID or a screenshot. Your funds are safe.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement — for example, you may need to bet 5x or 10x the bonus amount. Once the requirement is met, your winnings can be withdrawn.

Share your referral code with a friend. When they use it during registration, both of you will receive a bonus. You can find your referral code in your profile settings.

You can temporarily suspend your account for a set period from Account Settings. Self-exclusion options range from 7 days up to 6 months. For permanent closure, contact support@egb.best.
